Calculating volume
from
command line:
sngDMTvol
toolbar:
Calculates volumes between two TINs, or between TIN and a
comparative plane.
Models of the terrain is able to be refined (reduced) by closed
curve.
Then, only the volume of this area is calculated.
The virtual
terrain is calculated from the current terrain by adding value to
each TIN peak.
It is possible to choose TIN from menu
or selecting it in combobox.
Calculation shows volume above and
under comparative plane (model). The calculation can be saved into
a file.
Notice: if TIN contains islets
(holes), the volume is calculated without them.
Following picture explains the used terms, Fill and
Cut.
Fill area (designed mesh)
color over and under Existing. (Not available in BricsCAD
V12. BricsCAD V13 only 2D):
Color filling is governed by the same rules
as TIN color gradient.
