Longitudinal profile - Cross section

command line: sngDMTProfil
toolbar:

Creates a profile from section of TIN

Decimal separator - it is possible to choose comma. Number can look like this - 202,55,  instead of 202.55. Some application use comma separator (e.g..Excel).

Axis of profile:
The following prompts are displayed
.
Select line 2d/3d polyline (axes of profile):  select object
Select triangle mesh:
if not selected (press the ESC key) and the axes of the profile is 3dpolyline, the profile is drawn from the 3dpolyline.
Select next triangle mesh or ENTER to skip:
if selected, will be included in the profile.

File:
You can load file with profile definition.
File structure: there is one vertex on each line and is defined by stationing and height.
Example:
0.00  204.25
5.29  205.99
9.99  202.74
..

Clipboard:
Loads contents of clipboard. Data format is the same as when you choose button File. It is possible to copy data from Excel table.

After choosing data source, dialog appears.

(Trojsit type of surface is created by Create TIN function)

Scale of lengths, defines the scale in the direction of profile stationing.

Vertical exaggeration factor,is a ratio of heights to lengths. In other words, how many times will the heights be enlarged in scale to lengths.

Beginning of stationing, value, which start stationing vertices of profile.

Description of heightinserts description to each vertex of grade line, or according to the specified criteria.

Min. spacing of vertices.in case that break points are very close to each other, it is possible to use this. It skips the break points in selected interval, in case that they're not local minimum or maximum.

Add vertice every, interval for drawing additional heights (stationing).

Insert intersections with utilities, in case that profile intersects the line of utilities, these are added to the profile.

(Automatic) change of comparative plane,  if you want the profile's height to fit the page.

User comparative plane, if you do not want to let the program calculate the optimal value.

Insert labels, you can edit individual notes (description).

Utilities, choose in which layers the intersections with utilities should be searched for

Depth of laying, if the utilities are not done in 3D, you can set the usual depth of laying here.

Only cross section
, longitudal profile will not be drawn . Cross section using signs, All signs on axis of profiledraws all defined sections, Select: draws sections selected by the user. Insert sign of cross section.

Crossing with lines:

Setting
,  following dialog appears.

Text space:  gap in the line for text placement.

If any vertical description  is off , automatically moves higher placement on the site.

Describing hectometer: if ON, draws the circles (marks) at intervals of 100 m
Stationing performed by hectometer: if "Describing hectometer" is ON and this option is ON, then stationing will start from zero each hectometer.
Page height (alignment)
, most of the time, you want to print the profile. This is the setting of the page height in mm.
